We cover a 3 Days Replacement/Return Guarantee (except intact box or packet) for physical products sold on Dadabhai.shop. [change of mind is not applicable]
The replacement/return request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery. Contact us.

REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:
– Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc).
-The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM:
– Delivery of wrong product.
– Product with defects.
-The products were delivered with missing parts.
-Incorrect content on the website.
CONDITIONS/REASONS TO RETURN A RFL PRODUCT(s):
– RFL Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer. Customers are requested to check the product before receiving the product(s).

Return or Refund policy for Fragile product:
– Fragile product(s) can not be returned once received by the customer & Delivery person left. If any customer wants to return the product, the customer himself/herself has to bear the return cost.
– For Advance-paid order, If the customer returns any fragile product that was damaged while shipping, we may refund about 60-80% of the charged amount for the product. [refund will be issued after damaged product is received by DadaBhai.shop]
Note: Shipping charges can not be Refunded. Refund can be claimed Only Once for an Order.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
– Damages due to misuse of the product.
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
– Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
– Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
– Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Note: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same product(s) on Dadabhai.shop

CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
– Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our vendor’s warehouse/store. DadaBhai.shop team will notify/may cancel any order within 4-6 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
– If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/on-hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

In the case of the clause –
– if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund (if not received any cashback) within 1-15 working days. The cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.
– If the refund amount is below Tk 300, the amount will be disbursed through the bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
– If the refund amount is below Tk 50, the amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.
– After confirming any Order, if the order is canceled by the customer for any other reason(s) and online payment was made by the customer against that order, Dadabhai.shop will charge an Online Gateway Transaction Fee while disbursing the refund amount.
– Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors’ products. We may notify/cancel an order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such products.
